The following are not included within this plan:
Investigation management or involvement
Drafting of contracts unrelated to employment
Restructuring advice or support
Acting on behalf of the organisation in formal processes
On-site attendance at meeting or hearings
Representation in mediation or external proceedings
Meetings included
1 × 30 minute online advisory meeting (Teams /Zoom or phone)
Short, issue-specific discussions
Preparation support ahead of meetings

Additional Support & On-Site Services
Where additional support is required beyond the scope of your selected plan:
Online advisory $250 + GST per hour
Onsite advisory $350 + GST per hour
Travel time: charged at the applicable hourly rate
